Freelancers and small business owners lose money every year to disorganized receipts and missed deductions. I defined the product, designed the UX end-to-end, and oversaw development, resulting in a live SaaS with AI receipt scanning, automatic mileage calculation, and tax-ready reporting.
eBusiness was a legacy HTML sales tool that functioned like two separate websites depending on who was logged in. I led the full UX and product effort to rebuild it in Angular, unify the role-fragmented experience, and integrate it seamlessly into eDesign, without disrupting an active user base.
eDesign was a widely used yearbook creation platform facing a critical transition away from Flash. I stepped into a hybrid role guiding product direction across three development teams—introducing paper prototyping, championing user research, and helping establish wireframing as a formal part of the product process that ultimately led to Figma adoption org-wide.
A Customer Insights researcher had strong data and a vision for a product opportunity—but the story wasn't landing with marketing leadership. I partnered with him to build a clickable Balsamiq prototype in roughly a day and a half, working through ideas in real time and transforming abstract research into something stakeholders could actually respond to and align around.
Ideas surface at the worst times—mid-meeting, mid-conversation, mid-everything. ThoughtFull is a concept mobile app designed to reduce that mental friction: quickly capture a thought and give it just enough structure to become actionable. Where most note-taking tools stop at storage, ThoughtFull helps users move from scattered thinking to intentional progress.

Before Shattered Bulb, I spent 18 years in product and UX at a national education company, writing requirements, running offshore dev teams, designing user experiences, and shipping software. I didn't have all the titles, but I did the work.
FunEclecticHome has been running on Etsy since 2012 with 4,300+ sales. Receipt Tracer is a live SaaS I designed and built. The work here isn't theoretical. It's built to function, convert, and last.
